The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from major attractions and transport links. there are many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities available. the breakfast is also quite good.

The continental breakfast was decent with a good selection of pastries and bread. the hotel's location was great, being close to various restaurants and only a few minutes away from a major transportation hub. the staff at the hotel were polite and the rooms were clean.

The room itself was disappointing, with broken amenities, stains on the sofa, and a malfunctioning heating system. the noise from construction work outside the hotel disrupted my sleep, and the room was smaller than expected with limited space for luggage.

During our stay at Norfolk Towers Paddington, our family enjoyed a wonderful Easter crown crafting activity at the charming sister hotel, Blakemore Hyde Park. The Terrace Restaurant was a delightful setting for this creative experience, with its lovely ambiance and picturesque surroundings. The children had a fantastic time expressing their creativity, and the attentive staff made the activity even more enjoyable.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered more children-friendly activities to keep the little ones engaged during the stay.

I chose this hotel for a council due to its convenient location in Bayswater, a residential and business area close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The staff was helpful and the rooms were suitable for my needs.

We had a great stay at this hotel; the location was perfect for exploring the city as it was close to the tube station and main attractions. We were impressed by the beautiful interior and comfortable rooms, which were equipped with everything we needed including ironing facilities and tea/coffee amenities. The staff were very friendly, with Moh being particularly helpful and welcoming during our arrival.

The traditional Afternoon Tea served in the beautiful restaurant was an absolute delight. The selection of sandwiches and warm scones with Clotted Cream & Jam made me feel like royalty. It was a delightful experience and the perfect way to indulge and relax during my stay.

The suites at Norfolk Towers Paddington are so cool! The beds are super comfy, and the room has this fancy high-tech media hub thing that made watching TV awesome. The bathroom? Totally luxurious with a rain shower and mood lighting. It felt so posh!

The air-conditioning was a bit loud for me, but I know some people don't mind it.
